We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display colors and product details as accurately as possible
Minor variations in color may occur due to monitor settings
All watches are sold as described on their individual product pages
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout
Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely
MECHA does not store your full credit card details

⚠ For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees. These are beyond our control and are the customer's responsibility.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order — it does not confirm shipment.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
After 24 hours, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund
In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to cancel and refund without notice

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Standard International: 7–20 business days
Express International: 3–7 business days

MECHA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review it at mechawatch.com/policies/refund before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to our refund policy.

7. Warranty

All MECHA watches are covered by a 2-Year Mechanical Movement Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidents, drops, or misuse
Water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, crown wear)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mechawatch.com — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, graphics, and design elements — is the exclusive property of MECHA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission
The MECHA name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of MECHA
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits the use of the site by others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MECHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as explicitly stated in our Warranty Policy. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
